Microsoft will have a super packed e3 this year. I wouldn't bother looking forward to anything but that because an e3 victory is probably planned after npd came out.

Did you seriously just compare VIRTUAL REALITY and kinect as if theyre remotely similar? I really, really hope you are phoning it in and can see the potential immersion in certain games with vr. It will be an awesome thing, one that doesn't exist yet, unlike a motion camera. You microfans are something else, suprising me every day. Woooo! This why we all spent half a grand on new consoles, so we can get our nasty eyes and hands on actual next gen shit like this. My excitement factor has gone through the roof with this game.
This behavior has no place in the gaming world but I have to say that it will help ms and ea's network security in the long run. Good that they decided to do this during the beta and not right before the game came out or something.
In my opinion its simple. Ms thought they were going in the right direction after seeing their die hard fanbase defending every move they make no matter how stupid or anti gaming. This is why it is okay to point out microsofts wrongs as well as their rights, so they know what they need to fix and improve. If certain people just blindly defend everything ms does then it just confuses things for ms who dont really know what their vision should be at this point.

Great news, but now im going to guess that mgs is a bad game according to a certain fanbase.
This would be the best thing for gaming imo. The xbox would still be around and most likely more gaming/consumer-centered, which would convince people who wouldn't touch a ms product to possibly buy one.
I believe that ms is right now padding the division, making it worth as much money as possible before selling, hence recent heavy investments like gears. If the sale goes through the only people who lose are MS loyalists. Xbox fans will win.
With this kind of gap we may start seeing sony shell out for some big time 3rd party exclusives, ps2 style. It will be an interesting e3!

Although it was fun to do the robot in front of random people dressed as a ghostbuster, this is probably for the best at the moment. Sony should keep supporting ps3 home though, it has its place.
